Hye Jin (full name Han Hye-jin; born 23 March 1983) is a South Korean fashion model and Jand TV personality. She has been on the covers many fashion magazines including May 2008 and June 2009 edition of the Korean edition of Vogue. She walked in NYW for 3 years (2006-08).
